Эффект выражается в подавлении лизиса лимфоцитов при реакции с антителами анти-СD3 и усилении его при реакции с антителами анти-HLA. Авторы полагают, что эффект связан с изменением латеральной подвижности комплекса “антиген–антитело” в мембране и химической активности комплексов.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is discovered that a change of a vector potential by means of a laboratory device effects on antigen-antibody reaction in lymphocytes suspension. The effect decreases lysis of lymphocytes in anti-CD3 antibodies presence and increases the destruction in anti-HLA antibodies presence.
