Трансплантация печени (ТП) позволяет спасти жизнь пациентам с хроническими терминальными заболеваниями печени и отдельным пациентам с фульминантной печеночной недостаточностью. С годами методика проведения операции претерпела серьезные изменения. Современные достижения в этой области, включая улучшение хирургической техники и внедрение новых иммуносупрессивных препаратов, позволили достичь 5-летней выживаемости на уровне 87,6%.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Провести анализ современной научной литературы, посвященной артериальным осложнениям после ТП, их диагностике и методам лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Были изучены статьи на тему артериальных осложнений после ТП, опубликованные в базах Pubmed, Google Sсholar, Medline в период c 2015 по 2024 год.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Артериальные осложнения остаются одними из наиболее опасных осложнений ортотопической ТП, сопровождаясь высоким риском потери трансплантата и смертельного исхода. Диагностика и лечение этих осложнений представляют собой значимый вызов, требующий дальнейшего совершенствования подходов для повышения эффективности ТП.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background.Liver transplantation is a life-saving surgery for patients with chronic end-stage liver diseases and individual patients with fulminant liver failure. Over the years, the procedure of the operation has undergone major changes. Recent advances in this field, including improved surgical techniques and the introduction of new immunosuppressive agents, have made it possible to achieve a 5-year survival rate of 87.6%.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To analyze the current scientific literature on arterial complications after liver transplantation, their diagnosis and treatment methods.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The scientific articles, reviews and other literature on the topic of arterial complications after liver transplantation for the period from 2015 to the present, published in the databases Pubmed, Google Scholar, Medline, have been studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Arterial complications remain one of the most dangerous consequences of orthotopic liver transplantation, accompanied by a high risk of graft loss and death.
