Среди многочисленных разработанных моделей экспериментального панкреатита моделирование острого травматического панкреатита представлено в литературе крайне скудно.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Создать модель экспериментального острого травматического панкреатита, вызванного раздавливанием участка ткани поджелудочной железы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Материал исследования составили 80 самцов крыс линии Вистар массой тела 450–500 г. После введения в наркоз и срединной лапаротомии индуцировался острый панкреатит путем раздавливания участка паренхимы Г-образным зажимом. Сформировано две экспериментальные группы: опытная (n=70) и контрольная (интактные животные, n=10). В опытной группе животные по 10 крыс выводились из эксперимента через 1, 3, 6, 24, 72 часа, 7 суток и 14 суток от начала моделирования. В эти сроки забирали кровь для биохимического анализа и ткань поджелудочной железы для морфологического исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Нами впервые продемонстрирована динамика лабораторных маркеров острого панкреатита и морфологических изменений ткани поджелудочной железы как в досуточные сроки после травмы (1, 3, 6, 24 часа), так и первые две недели (72 часа, 7 суток и 14 суток) от начала моделирования. В работе убедительно показаны этапы течения патологического процесса: от ранних морфологических проявлений альтеративно-экссудативной фазы воспаления в 1-е–3-и сутки, сопровождающихся досуточными пиковыми значениями амилазы до завершенного рубцевания к 14-м суткам на фоне повышенной активности липазы в финале инфильтративно-пролиферативной фазы.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Модель экспериментального острого травматического панкреатита позволяет проследить все характерные этапы эволюции зоны панкреатогенной деструкции со всеми типичными лабораторными и морфологическими проявлениями.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Background</title><p>Background. Among the numerous developed models of experimental pancreatitis, models of acute traumatic pancreatitis are extremely poorly presented in the literature.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To create a model of experimental acute traumatic pancreatitis caused by crushing a section of pancreatic tissue.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The study material consisted of 80 male Wistar rats weighing 450-500 g. After induction of anesthesia and median laparotomy, acute pancreatitis was induced by crushing a section of the parenchyma with an L-shaped clamp. Two experimental groups were formed: experimental (n=70) and control (intact animals, n=10). In the experimental group, animals of 10 rats were withdrawn from the experiment after 1, 3, 6, 24, 72 hours, 7 days and 14 days from the beginning of the modeling. During these periods, blood was collected for biochemical analysis and pancreatic tissue was collected for morphological examination.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. We have demonstrated for the first time the dynamics of laboratory markers of acute pancreatitis and morphological changes in pancreatic tissue both in the daily terms after injury (1, 3, 6, 24 hours) and the first two weeks (72 hours, 7 days and 14 days) from the start of modeling. We have convincingly shown the stages of the pathological process: from early morphological manifestations of the alterative-exudative phase of inflammation on days 1-3, accompanied by daily peak amylase values, up to complete scarring by day 14 against the background of increased lipase activity at the end of the infiltrative-proliferative phase.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
