Своевременная диагностика и терапия послеоперационных осложнений после трансплантации поджелудочной железы (ПЖ) является актуальной проблемой современной клинической трансплантологии. </p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: оценка возможностей эндоскопических методов в диагностике и коррекции послеоперационных осложнений после трансплантации ПЖ. </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. С октября 2011 г. 27 пациентам была выполнена сочетанная забрюшинная трансплантация почки и ПЖ. В 8 случаях использование эндоскопических методов позволило своевременно выявить и устранить возникшие осложнения. </p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Эндоскопические методы показали свою высокую эффективность в диагностике и лечении хирургических осложнений, коррекции иммунологических нарушений после забрюшинной трансплантации ПЖ. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Relevance. Timely diagnosis and treatment of postoperative complications after pancreas transplantation is an actual problem of modern clinical transplantation. Purpose. The assessment of the endoscopy potential for the diagnosis and correction of postoperative complications after pancreas transplantation. Materials and methods. Since October 2011, simultaneous retroperitoneal pancreas-kidney transplantation has been performed in 27 patients. In 8 cases, the use of endoscopic techniques allowed a timely identification and treatment of the complications occurred. Conclusions.
