Отдельно проанализировано состояние данной проблемы в России и СНГ. Проведена оценка потребности в устройствах для сохранения донорских органов на примере донорского сердца. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors studied the world experience in technologies and devices for the donor organ storage, the current status and prospects, innovative developments. The status of the issue in Russia and the CIS countries was specifically reviewed.
