Наконец, на основе новых связей между изменениями в иммунной системе при ТХПН у пациентов обращено внимание на потенциальную значимость иммунной дисфункции как основнойпричины высокой смертности в этой популяции больных и необходимость более тщательных исследований в этой области.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This literature review presents an immune system disorder in end-stage renal disease (ESRD), emphasizing the specific role of uremia and related changes.
