У больных после трансплантации солидных органов развитие послеоперационных вентральных грыж наблюдается в 1,6–34,8%, что определяет актуальность данной проблемы.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: улучшение результатов лечения больных с послеоперационными вентральными грыжами после трансплантации солидных органов.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. С 2006 по 2017 г. с использованием синтетических материалов были оперированы 36 больных с послеоперационными вентральными грыжами после трансплантации солидных органов. Среди них были 15 женщин (41,7%) и 21 мужчина (58,3%). Медиана возраста составила 55 лет [44,5;59], медиана индекса массы тела – 30 кг/м2 [27,1;33,2].</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Неосложненное течение послеоперационного периода наблюдалось у 13 пациентов (36,1%). У 23 больных (63,9%) имелись осложнения разной степени тяжести: у 13 пациентов (56,5%), однако, выявленные осложнения не были показанием к назначению таргетной терапии (категория I), у 3 больных (13,1%) они регрессировали после коррекции медикаментозной терапии (категория II), у 7 (30,4%) – после применения мини-инвазивных хирургических методов лечения (категория IIIа).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Протезирующая герниопластика показала высокую эффективность и безопасность в лечении послеоперационных вентральных грыж у пациентов после трансплантации солидных органов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Rationale</title><p>Rationale. The postoperative ventral hernia is seen in 1.6-34.8% of patients undergoing organ transplantation that determines the urgency of this problem.</p><p>The objective was to improve the treatment of patients with postoperative ventral hernia after organ transplantation.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. From 2006 to 2017, 36 patients underwent surgery with synthetic material application for postoperative ventral hernias after organ transplantation. There were 15 women (41.7%) and 21 men (58.3 %). The median age was 55 years [44.5; 59]; the median body mass index was 30 kg/m2 [27.1; 33.2].</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The postoperative period was uneventful in 13 patients (36.1%). Twenty three patients (63.9%) developed complications of varied severity, including 13 patients (56.5%), in whom the revealed complications were not considered the indications to a targeted therapy (Category I), 3 patients (13.1%) in whom the complications regressed after the drug therapy had been corrected (category II), 7 (30.4%) patients in whom complications were cured using mini-invasive surgical techniques (category IIIa).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
