Разработанный биокомпозиционный материал на основе аллогенного костного коллагена, импрегнированного сГАГ, был применен у 54 больных с различной костной патологией.</p><p>Положительные результаты хирургического лечения с использованием разработанного материала были получены у 48 пациентов, что составило 89% наблюдений и расценено как хороший показатель.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p> The presented data have been obtained as a result of a comprehensive experimental study of separately sulfated glycosaminoglycans (sGAG) using in vitro stromal cell cultures of the sheep bone marrow and the bone collagen impregnated with sGAG on a rat heterotopic implantation model and on a rabbit orthotopic implantation model.</p><p>We have not obtained credible evidence that would support a sGAG stimulating effect on cell and tissue regeneration. The designed biocomposite material based on sGAG-impregnated allogenic bone collagen was used in 54 patients with various bone diseases.</p><p>Surgical treatment using developed material demonstrated a positive effect on outcomes in 48 patients (89%) that was regarded as a good result.</p><p> </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>остеопластические материалы</kwd><kwd>сульфатированные гликозаминогликаны</kwd><kwd>эксперимент</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>osteoplastic materials</kwd><kwd>sulfated glycosaminoglycans</kwd><kwd>experiment</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Enneking, W.F.
