Механизмы гуморального отторжения протекают через антителообразование. Антитела к лейкоцитарным донорским антигенам повреждают ткани трансплантата путем активации системы комплемента, приводя к дисфункции и потере пересаженного органа. В данной статье описываются клинический случай развития гуморального отторжения с идентификацией антител к лейкоцитарным антигенам донора, их влияние на риск развития болезни коронарных артерий пересаженного сердца и потерю трансплантата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Humoral rejection belongs to severe complications of the post-transplant period. Mechanisms of humoral rejection proceed through antibody formation. Donor specific anti-HLA antibodies (anti-HLA DSAs) damage transplant tissues by activating the complement system, leading to the dysfunction and loss of the transplanted organ.
