Большое внимание уделено и поискам путей, направленных на восстановление функции мениска. Основной акцент в данной статье сделан на определение показаний и техники трансплантации менисков.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents an overview of the evolution of surgical techniques for the treatment of meniscus injuries: from the aggressive tactics aimed mainly at removing of damaged structures to organ-sparing operations. Much attention is paid to the search for ways to restore the function of menisci.
