В статье представлен обзор эволюции хирургических методов лечения при повреждении менисков: начиная от агрессивной тактики, ориентированной преимущественно на удаление поврежденных структур, и заканчивая органосохраняющими операциями. Большое внимание уделено и поискам путей, направленных на восстановление функции мениска. Основной акцент в данной статье сделан на определение показаний и техники трансплантации менисков.

The paper presents an overview of the evolution of surgical techniques for the treatment of meniscus injuries: from the aggressive tactics aimed mainly at removing of damaged structures to organ-sparing operations. Much attention is paid to the search for ways to restore the function of menisci. The main focus of this paper is on the definition of theindications and technique of meniscus transplantation.
