Н.В. Склифосовского. Международные рекомендации, касающиеся обследования реципиентов, оценки степени тяжести терминального заболевания печени, класса неотложности выполнения операции даны с учетом опыта ведения 324 пациентов с различными заболеваниями печени. Проанализирована структура Листа ожидания по этиологии заболевания, подчеркнута необходимость динамической оценки степени тяжести реципиента, а также профилактики и лечения вирусных заболеваний в перитрансплантационном периоде.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Experience of Institute of Emergency Medicine n.a. Sklifosovski in management of liver transplantation waiting list is analyzed. International protocols are described and applied to the treatment of 324 pts. with end stage liver diseases. Authors stressed the importance of dynamic evaluation of severity of liver disease as well as treatment of different complications such as resistant ascites, esophageal varicose, encephalopathy and gastrointestinal bleeding.
