В статье отражены основные этапы внедрения и организации трансплантации печени в Республике Беларусь, порядок обследования больных, находящихся в «листе ожидания» трансплантации печени, опыт первых 37 ортотопических трансплантаций печени, проведенных в Республике Беларусь в период с 03.04.2008 г. по 01.02.2010 г.

The paper shows the main stages of introduction and organization of liver transplantation in the Republic of Belarus, the procedure of examination of patients on the waiting list for liver transplantation, and the experience of the first 37 orthotopic liver transplantations made in the Republic of Belarus in April 3, 2008, to February 1, 2010.
