Руководство разработано в соответствии с принципами доказательного метода, используемого в медицине, рекомендации по тактике ведения пациента основаны на систематических обзорах соответствующих клинических исследований. Критический анализ качества доказательств и степени убедительности рекомендаций проведен в соответствии с правилами GRADE (Grades of Recommendation Assessment, Development, and Evaluation – расчет, разработка и оценка уровней степени убедительности рекомендаций).</p><p>Настоящее Руководство содержит рекомендации по иммуносупрессии, мониторингу состояния трансплантата, профилактике и лечению инфекций, сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, новообразований и других осложнений, которые наиболее распространены среди реципиентов трансплантированной почки, включая гематологические нарушения и поражение костной ткани. Ограниченность имеющихся доказательств, особенно в связи с отсутствием конкретных результатов клинических испытаний, является предметом обсуждения, в соответствии с ними приведены предложения для будущих исследований.
