Исследованы биоптаты ран 19 больных с ожогами IIIа степени (от 10 до 60% поверхности тела, средний возраст — 50 лет), для лечения которых использовали биологическую повязку на основе коллагена типа I. Контролем служили раны тех же больных, которые лечили с помощью повязок с мазью левомеколь. Проведено гистологическое исследование заживления ожоговых ран IIIа степени при использовании в 1–2-е сутки после травмы биологической повязки на основе коллагена типа I, обогащенной тромбоцитарным фактором роста (PDGF-BB).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Эпителизация ожоговых ран при использовании коллагеновой повязки наблюдалась на 7–9-е сутки. В контроле при благоприятном течении раневого процесса — на 20–22-е сутки.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Применение биологической повязки на основе коллагена типа I, обогащенной PDGF-BB, в 1–2-е сутки после травмы значительно ускоряет процесс заживления ожоговых ран IIIа степени. Вероятно, стимулирующий эффект повязки в первую очередь связан с тем, что на ранней стадии раневого процесса экзогенный коллаген повязки создает условия, необходимые для закрепления и движения клеток (как кератиноцитов, так и фибробластов).</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to conduct a morphological (histological) study of the effect of a designed collagen bandage on grade IIIa burn wound healing.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. Wound biopsy specimens taken from 19 patients (mean age 50 years) with grade IIIa burns (10 to 60% of the body surface) were examined. A type I collagen-based biological bandage was used for their treatment. The wounds of the patients who were treated with a levomecol ointment-containing bandage served as a control. The healing of Grade IIIa burn wounds, by applying a type I collagenbased platelet-derived growth factor BB (PDGF-BB)-enriched biological bandage, was histologically studied.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Burn wound epitheliazation was observed on days 7 to 9 when the collagen-based bandage was applied. It was seen in the controls on days 20-22 if the course of the wound process was favorable.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. The application of the type 1 collagen-type PDGF-BB biological bandage on days 1-2 after injury considerably accelerated grade IIIa burn wound healing processes.
