Анализируются результаты хирургического лечения 62 пациентов с рубцами волосистой части головы различной локализации после травм, ожогов и операций. Оперативное лечение выполнено методом фолликулярной микроаутотрансплантации. Операция выполнялась как амбулаторная процедура (пациенты не нуждались в госпитализации) и включала 4 основных этапа. Эффективность проведенного хирургического лечения рубцовой алопеции оценивали на основании анализа непосредственных и отдаленных результатов. Пол, возраст, этиология и сроки существования рубца не влияли на результаты лечения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Непосредственные результаты операции оценивали по таким признакам, как доля прижившихся трансплантатов и качество восстановленных волос. Отдаленные результаты операций прослеживали в течение как минимум 9 мес. Максимальный срок наблюдения составил 2,8 года. Приживляемость трансплантированных фолликул составляет в среднем 93,8%, при наличии нормотрофического рубца — 96,6%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Пересадка собственных волос методом фолликулярной микроаутотрансплантации — эффективный хирургический метод лечения больных с рубцовыми дефектами волосистой части головы, она дает хороший косметический эффект и существенно улучшает качество жизни пациентов с рубцовой алопецией.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the efficiency of follicular microautotransplantation in the treatment of scarring alopecia.</p></sec><sec><title>Subjects and methods</title><p>Subjects and methods. The results of surgical treatment were analyzed in 62 patients with scalp scars at various sites after injuries, burns, and surgery. Surgical treatment was performed using follicular microautotransplantation. The surgery was made as an outpatient procedure (the patients did not need hospitalization) and it involved 4 basic stages. The efficiency of the surgical treatment for scarring alopecia was evaluated, by analyzing its early and late results. Gender, age, etiology, and scar time did not affect the results of the treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The early surgical results were assessed from indicators, such as the proportion of surviving grafts and the quality of restored hair. The late results were followed up for at least 9 months. The maximum follow-up was 2.8 years. The engraftment rate of transplanted follicles averaged 93.8%; it was 96.6% for a normotrophic scar.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
