Описаны 2 клинических примера успешной родственной пересадки фрагментов печени при гликогенозах I типа (пациенты – мальчик в возрасте 1 года и девочка 6 лет). Представленный первый успешный клинический опыт свидетельствует о возможности выполнения трансплантации фрагментов печени от живых родственных доноров при гликогенозах I типа и открывает перспективы для радикального лечения пациентов с данными состояниями.
