Однако при этом проблема послеоперационных инфекционных осложнений не уменьшается. Причиной развития гнойных осложнений остается нарастающая резистентность микробов к антибактериальным препаратам, а также возрастание роли грибов в этиологии развития нозокомиальных инфекций. В связи с этим в современной трансплантологии представляется актуальным изучение причин развития инфекционных осложнений при пересадке печени и других жизненно важных органов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The use of novel technologies in surgery increases liver transplantation surgical activity. However, this does not reduce the incidence of postoperative infectious complications. The growing microbial resistance to antibiotics and the increasing role of fungi in the etiology of nosocomial infections remain to be a cause of purulent complications.
