В статье обобщены литературные данные по терапевтическому применению ингибиторов протеазы вируса гепатита C первого поколения (боцепревира и телапревира) у больных, перенесших трансплантацию печени. Проанализированы эффективность, переносимость такой терапии, особый акцент сделан на проблемах лекарственного взаимодействия между ингибиторами кальциневрина и ингибиторами протеазы вируса гепатита C. Статья проиллюстрирована собственными наблюдениями.

Authors reviewed published data concerning antiviral treatment of liver transplant recipients with 1st generation HCV protease inhibitors (telaprevir and boceprevir). Efficacy and adverse events have been analyzed with peculiar attention to drug-drug interactions between calcineurin inhibitors and HCV protease inhibitors. The article is illustrated with clinical cases.
