Обсуждаются современные представления о месте насосов крови объемного (мембранного) типа в комплексе лечения рефрактерной сердечной недостаточности. Рассматриваются физиологические механизмы функционального и морфологического восстановления миокарда под влиянием ОЛЖ. Показано, что на современном этапе развития устройств механической поддержки разработка полностью имплантируемого ИС возможна только на основе насосов объемного типа.

The paper presents the up-to-date considerations on the role and place of the blood pumps of membrane type in the complex treatment of refractory heart failure. Physiological mechanisms involved in the myocardium morphological and functional recovery while using left ventricular bypass have been discussed. The paper shows that the development of a completely implantable artificial heart (AH) at the current stage of designing mechanical circulatory support devises is possible on the basis of membrane type blood pumps only.
