Рассматриваются физиологические механизмы функционального и морфологического восстановления миокарда под влиянием ОЛЖ. Показано, что на современном этапе развития устройств механической поддержки разработка полностью имплантируемого ИС возможна только на основе насосов объемного типа.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents the up-to-date considerations on the role and place of the blood pumps of membrane type in the complex treatment of refractory heart failure. Physiological mechanisms involved in the myocardium morphological and functional recovery while using left ventricular bypass have been discussed.
