Весьма актуальным является исследование диагностических возможностей данной методики у пациентов после трансплантации легких.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: оценка диагностических и прогностических возможностей мониторинга потенциала при разомкнутой цепи платинового электрода в плазме крови у пациентов с трансплантированными легкими.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Были проанализированы данные мониторинга потенциала при разомкнутой цепи платинового электрода в плазме крови и клинико-лабораторные данные у 14 пациентов после операции двухсторонней трансплантации легких. Величину потенциала при разомкнутой цепи платинового электрода в плазме крови определяли потенциометрическим методом.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Показано различие в динамике и величинах потенциала при разомкнутой цепи платинового электрода в плазме крови у пациентов с трансплантированными легкими в случае благоприятного и смертельного исходов. Обнаружены волнообразные участки на зависимостях величины потенциала при разомкнутой цепи платинового электрода у пациентов, совпадавшие с активацией маркеров воспалительного процесса (С-реактивной белок, палочкоядерные нейтрофилы, скорость оседания эритроцитов). Выявлены статистически значимые корреляции величин потенциала при разомкнутой цепи платинового электрода в плазме крови с результатами ряда клинико-лабораторных анализов.</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. Информативность и диагностические возможности методики измерения потенциала при разомкнутой цепи платинового электрода в плазме крови у пациентов с трансплантированными легкими имеют перспективы использования ее результатов в качестве критерия оценки состояния пациента и повышения качества проводимой терапии. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Monitoring of redox potential (platinum electrode open circuit potential) in biological media (serum, blood plasma) is one of the promising methods for diagnosing and predicting the development of complications in patients in the early post-transplantation period. The study of the diagnostic capabilities of this technique in patients after lung transplantation is highly relevant.</p><p>The objective was to assess the diagnostic and prognostic capabilities of monitoring platinum electrode open circuit potential in blood plasma of lung transplant patients.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. The data obtained at monitoring of platinum electrode open circuit potential in blood plasma and clinical laboratory test results of 14 patients after double lung transplantation surgery were analyzed. The platinum electrode open circuit potential value in the blood plasma was measured by the potentiometric method.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study demonstrated the differences in the dynamics and values of platinum electrode open circuit potential in the blood plasma between the lung transplant patients with a favorable outcome and those with a fatal outcome. Wave-like segments on the relationship curves of the platinum electrode open circuit potential in blood plasma to time coincided with inflammatory markers (C-reactive protein, stab neutrophils, erythrocyte sedimentation rate) activation. Statistically significant correlations between platinum electrode open circuit potential values in blood plasma and clinical laboratory test results were revealed.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
