Урологические осложнения в настоящее время являются одной из основных причин потери почечного трансплантата и гибели реципиента в ранние и отдаленные сроки после операции. Цель. Снизить риск развития инфекционных осложнений после трансплантации почки путем раннего удаления внутреннего мочеточникового стента. Материал и методы. С июня 2018 г. по март 2020 г. в отделении трансплантации органов и/или тканей человека ГКБ им. С.П. Боткина выполнено 89 трансплантаций почки от посмертного донора с установкой внутреннего мочеточникового стента. В зависимости от сроков удаления стента больные были распределены на две группы: в I группу вошли 54 пациента, у которых стент удаляли на 21-е сут, во II группу – 35 больных, кому стент был удален на 14-е сут. Результаты. В обеих группах не зафиксировано урологических осложнений. Инфекция мочевых путей в I группе зафиксирована у 8 (15%), во II группе – у 1 пациента (3 %) (p = 0,01). Заключение. Удаление внутреннего мочеточникового стента на 14-е сут после трансплантации почки безопасно и статистически значимо снижает риск развития инфекции мочевыводящих путей, улучшая непосредственные результаты операции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Background. Urological complications are currently one of the main causes of the renal graft loss and the death of the recipient in the early and late periods after surgery. Objective. To reduce the risk of developing infectious complications after kidney transplantation by early removal of the internal ureteral stent. Material and methods. From June 2018 to March 2020, the Department of Organ and/or Tissue Transplantation of the City Clinical Hospital n.a. S.P. Botkin performed 89 deseased-donor kidney transplantations with the placement of an internal ureteral stent. Depending on the timing of stent removal, the patients were divided into 2 groups: the first group included 54 patients who had the stent removed on day 21, and the second group included 35 patients who had the stent removed on day 14. Results. No urological complications were recorded in both groups. Urinary tract infection was recorded in 8 patients (15%) in the first group, and in 1 patient (3%) in the second group (p = 0.01). Conclusion.
