На клиническом примере показана возможность использования микродиализной технологии для оценки функции почечного аллотрансплантата в раннем послеоперационном периоде. Микродиализ позволяет оценивать метаболические изменения во внутритканевом пространстве трансплантата в режиме реального времени.

The clinical example illustrates the use of microdialysis techniques for assessing function of the kidney allotransplantat in the early postoperative period. Microdialysis allows to evaluate metabolic changes in the interstitial space of the graft in real-time mode.
