Цель исследования: определить эффективность эпидуральной анестезии как компонента комбинированной ингаляционной анестезии у пациентов при трансплантации почки и поджелудочной железы.Материал: ретроспективный одноцентровой анализ результатов анестезий у 21 пациента после сочетанной трансплантации почки и поджелудочной железы в НИИ СП им. Н.В. Склифосовского.Результаты: использование комбинированной ингаляционной эпидуральной анестезии позволяет добиться ранней активизации пациентов после сочетанной трансплантации почки и поджелудочной железы.

Objective

Objective: To determine the efficacy of epidural anesthesia as part of combination inhalation anesthesia in patients undergoing kidney and pancreas transplantation

Material

Material: The study enrolled 21 patients after combined kidney and pancreas transplantation in in the Sklifosovsky Research Institute for Emergency Medicine.

Results

Results: Use of combined inhalation and epidural anesthesia allows for early mobilization of patients after kidney and pancreas transplantation.
