Исследование динамики офтальмологических осложнений при терминальной стадии хронической болезни почек недиабетического генеза у пациентов после трансплантации почки.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведено продолжительное наблюдение с оценкой изменений морфофункциональных параметров органа зрения у пациентов в основной (после трансплантации почки, n=135 (269 глаз)) и группе сравнения (продолжение гемодиализа, n=81 (162 глаза)) в течение 18 месяцев. Были использованы как общие, так и специальные офтальмологические методы исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Наблюдения показали положительную динамику у пациентов после трансплантации почки, выражающуюся снижением степени роговично-конъюнктивального кальциноза глаз. В группе сравнения отмечено как увеличение, так и уменьшение качественных признаков ретинопатии по данным оптической когерентной томографии, в то время как в основной группе уровень большинства показателей снизился, что свидетельствует о положительной динамике, возможно, вызванной трансплантацией почки. Анализ количественных параметров оптической когерентной томографии показал улучшение центральной толщины хориоидеи и слоя нервных волокон сетчатки в основной группе.</p></sec><sec><title>Вывод</title><p>Вывод. Трансплантация почки у пациентов с терминальной стадией хронической болезни почек недиабетического генеза приводит к уменьшению числа офтальмологических осложнений как на переднем (снижение роговично-конъюнктивального кальциноза), так и на заднем (улучшение показателей оптической когерентной томографии сетчатки) отрезках глаза.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. The study objective was to investigate the dynamics of opthalmological complications in the non-diabetic end-stage chronic kidney disease in patients after kidney transplantation.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. A long-term observation was conducted to assess the changes in morphofunctional parameters of eyes in patients of the study group (after kidney transplantation, n=135 (269 eyes)) and the comparison group (continued on hemodialysis, n=81 (162 eyes)) over 18 months. Both general and specialized ophthalmological investigation methods were employed.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The observation showed a positive trend in patients after kidney transplantation, which was manifested by reduced corneal and conjunctival calcification. In the comparison group, both an increase and decrease in qualitative signs of retinopathy were seen as based on optical coherence tomography data, while in the study group, most retinopathy signs decreased, indicating a positive trend possibly brought about by the kidney transplantation. Analysis of optical coherence tomography quantitative parameters showed an improvement in central choroidal thickness and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness in the study group.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
