Оценить эффективность механической поддержки (экстракорпоральная мембранная оксигенация в сочетании с внутриаортальной баллонной контрпульсацией) у больных острым инфарктом миокарда, осложненным сердечной недостаточностью.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Своевременное применение системы вено-артериальной экстракорпоральной мембранной оксигенации в сочетании с внутриаортальной баллонной контрпульсацией при левожелудочковой недостаточности у больных острым инфарктом миокарда, развивающейся в результате перегрузки объемом, является эффективным, доступным, экономически выгодным и активно внедряемым методом в клиническую практику. Рациональное использование такого подхода приводит к уменьшению сроков лечения в реанимационном отделении и снижению летальности среди пациентов с осложненным течением острого инфаркта миокарда.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение экстракорпоральной мембранной оксигенации в сочетании с внутриаортальной баллонной контрпульсацией является доступным и эффективным методом профилактики и купирования левожелудочковой недостаточности у больных острым инфарктом миокарда, развивающейся в результате перегрузки объемом на фоне периферической вено-артериальной экстракорпоральной мембранной оксигенации.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To evaluate the efficacy of mechanical support (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation + intra-aortic balloon pump) in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The timely use of the venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation system in combination with intraaortic balloon counterpulsation in left ventricular failure in patients with acute myocardial infarction, developing as a result of volume overload is an effective, easily available, cost-effective method actively implemented in clinical practice. A rational use of venoarterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation + intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation leads to a decrease in the intensive care unit length of stay and decrease in mortality in patients with complicated acute myocardial infarction.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
