Ультразвуковые эластография/эластометрия и стеатометрия при трансплантации печени

Аннотация
Актуальность. В настоящее время трансплантация печени остается наиболее эффективным методом лечения в основном терминальных стадий хронических диффузных заболеваний печени. Успех трансплантации зависит, в том числе, от адекватности выбора донорской печени, своевременной диагностики диффузных изменений трансплантата печени. В последние годы опубликованы многочисленные сообщения о применении при обследовании пациентов с хроническими диффузными заболеваниями печени ультразвуковых эластометрии/ эластографии и стеатометрии, значительно меньше публикаций о применении этих методов при трансплантации печени.
Цель. Обобщить современные данные об использовании ультразвуковых эластометрии/эластографии и стеатометрии на различных этапах трансплантации печени.
Материал и методы. Проведен анализ данных зарубежных и отечественных исследований, посвященных использованию различных методов ультразвуковых эластометрии/эластографии и стеатометрии в до- и послеоперационных периодах при трансплантации печени. Поиск литературных данных был произведен в международных базах данных (PubMed/MedLine/ResearchGate) и в научной электронной библиотеке России (eLIBRARY.RU) за период 2006–2024 годов.
Заключение. В проанализированных публикациях показана высокая информативность ультразвуковых эластометрии/эластографии и стеатометрии в выявлении фиброза и стеатоза донорской и трансплантированной печени, а также при отторжении трансплантата печени в послеоперационном периоде.
