Билиарные осложнения после ортотопической трансплантации печени

Аннотация

Посттрансплантационные билиарные осложнения — серьезная проблема после ортотопической трансплантации печени. Благодаря развитию хирургической техники частота билиарных осложнений за 40 лет истории трансплантации печени снизилась в несколько раз, но до сих пор достигает 10—35%, индуцируя 2—9,6% летальность. В обзоре излагается классификация билиарных осложнений, определяются факторы риска их развития, возможность профилактики и варианты коррекции.
