Трансплантация поджелудочной железы

Аннотация

В статье приведен анализ данных литературы по проблеме трансплантации (Тх) поджелудочной железы (ПЖ). Описана история развития данного направления трансплантологии. Подробно представлены преимущества и недостатки каждого из видов Тх ПЖ, отдаленные результаты. Кратко очерчена проблема Тх островковых клеток ПЖ.
