О хирургическом лечении пациентов с повреждением менисков при травме коленного сустава: от удаления до трансплантации (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор эволюции хирургических методов лечения при повреждении менисков: начиная от агрессивной тактики, ориентированной преимущественно на удаление поврежденных структур, и заканчивая органосохраняющими операциями. Большое внимание уделено и поискам путей, направленных на восстановление функции мениска. Основной акцент в данной статье сделан на определение показаний и техники трансплантации менисков.
