Бактериальные и грибковые инфекционные осложнения ближайшего и раннего периода трансплантации

Аннотация

В обзоре представлены данные об изменении спектра бактериальных и грибковых инфекционных осложнений раннего посттрансплантационного периода, происходящем в последнее время. Приведено обсуждение некоторых причин этого изменения. Появление полирезистентных штаммов возбудителей инфекционных осложнений требует проведения эпидемиологических исследований спектра возбудителей нозокомиальных инфекций в конкретных центрах трансплантации органов и медицинских учреждениях, в которых находятся потенциальные доноры органов. Перитрансплантационная антибиотикопрофилактика и эмпирическая антибиотикотерапия должны основываться либо на результатах таких исследований, либо на комбинированном применении антибиотиков, «перекрывающих» спектр наиболее опасных возбудителей.
