Применение телапревира для лечения гепатита C у больных, перенесших трансплантацию печени (Обзор литературы и собственный опыт)
Аннотация
В статье обобщены литературные данные по терапевтическому применению ингибиторов протеазы вируса гепатита C первого поколения (боцепревира и телапревира) у больных, перенесших трансплантацию печени. Проанализированы эффективность, переносимость такой терапии, особый акцент сделан на проблемах лекарственного взаимодействия между ингибиторами кальциневрина и ингибиторами протеазы вируса гепатита C. Статья проиллюстрирована собственными наблюдениями.
