Abstract

It is discovered that a change of a vector potential by means of a laboratory device effects on antigen-antibody reaction in lymphocytes suspension. The effect decreases lysis of lymphocytes in anti-CD3 antibodies presence and increases the destruction in anti-HLA antibodies presence. Authors propose that these effects are due to changes of antigen-antibody complexes lateral mobility and to changes of complexes  aggregates biochemical activity.

Abstract

The presented data have been obtained as a result of a comprehensive experimental study of separately sulfated glycosaminoglycans (sGAG) using in vitro stromal cell cultures of the sheep bone marrow and the bone collagen impregnated with sGAG on a rat heterotopic implantation model and on a rabbit orthotopic implantation model.

We have not obtained credible evidence that would support a sGAG stimulating effect on cell and tissue regeneration. The designed biocomposite material based on sGAG-impregnated allogenic bone collagen was used in 54 patients with various bone diseases.

Surgical treatment using developed material demonstrated a positive effect on outcomes in 48 patients (89%) that was regarded as a good result.

Abstract

We investigated prevalence and characteristics of infectious purulent and non-infectious complications in living related renal transplant recipients in the early postoperative period. We identified the microorganisms prevalent in urinary tract infections: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter cloacae, Citrobacter freundii, Staphylo-coccus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis, and tested for their antibiotic  usceptibility. The prophylaxis and treatment schemes that have been developed, as well as the chosen antimicrobial drug dosing regimens allowed a reduction in  infectious complication rates
