Профилактика грибковой инфекции в раннем послеоперационном периоде после трансплантации печени
Аннотация
В статье рассмотрены риск и частота развития грибковых инфекций в раннем периоде после
ортотопической трансплантации печени, их диагностика, лечение и профилактика. Пациенты после трансплантации печени имеют высокий риск развития инвазивной грибковой инфекции. Наличие факторов высокого риска является абсолютным показателем для профилактического назначения противогрибковых лекарственных средств.
