Трансплантация органов от доноров, зараженных гемоконтактными вирусными инфекциями. Опыт зарубежных стран
Аннотация
Проанализирован зарубежный опыт трансплантаций органов от доноров, зараженных гемоконтактными вирусными инфекциями (ГВИ). Снятие запрета на трансплантацию таких органов способствует расширению донорского пула и сокращает время нахождения больных в Листах ожидания. Вместе с тем использование донорских органов с маркерами ГВИ зачастую связано с повышенным риском осложнений и смертельных
исходов среди реципиентов.
