Эндоскопическая диагностика и лечение билиарных осложнений после ортотопической трансплантации печени

Аннотация
Цель: анализ применения эндоскопических методов диагностики и лечения билиарных осложнений после ортотопической трансплантации печени, их эффективности и безопасности. Материал и методы. В основу данного исследования легли результаты эндоскопического лечения 29 больных с билиарными осложнениями после ортотопической трансплантации печени, возникшими в период с декабря 2001 по январь 2017 г. в НИИ СП им. Н.В. Склифосовского. Выводы. Современные методы лечебной эндоскопии позволяют в большинстве случаев успешно пролечивать билиарные стриктуры и несостоятельность билиобилиарных анастомозов и тем самым достигнуть хороших отдаленных результатов малоинвазивным способом.
