Early assessment of kidney allotransplantat function by microdialysis in perioperative period (Case report)

Abstract

The clinical example illustrates the use of microdialysis techniques for assessing function of the kidney allotransplantat in the early postoperative period. Microdialysis allows to evaluate metabolic changes in the interstitial space of the graft in real-time mode.
